Vipin Bandi is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, including 12 in industry roles, specializing in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, SOX compliance, and Forensic Audit. He has worked with leading firms like TATA Housing, iGATE Patni, and SBI Life Insurance, delivering efficiency and governance improvements across sectors like real estate, IT, FMCG, insurance, and infrastructure. With extensive leadership experience, Vipin has consistently guided high-performing teams and shaped Audit and Governance, Risk & Compliance ( GRC) and IT Services functions aligned with strategic goals. His ability to build resilient frameworks and drive cross-sector collaboration has positioned him as a trusted advisor in the field. A qualified Chartered Accountant with more than5 years of experience, Aastha Seth has developed expertise in accounting, tax return filing, and TDS compliance. She has actively contributed to statutory audits for companies in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, hospitality, and infrastructure.
